Plumbing and Sewer Scopes
Included in all inspections is sewer scoping and drains that are accessible. Plumbing is covered from entrance to the home to the drain.

HVAC & Gas
Inspectors are trained on operation of heating units from oil-heaters to modern geo-thermal. Inspectors also test for gas leaks.
